Depression causes a continuous feeling of sadness it is a mood disorder, that gives you a feeling of helplessness, hopelessness, loss of interest, feeling worthless, and anger that interferes in an individuals everyday life, making it difficult for the individuals.
If you are in a state of depression then you might feel very sad and often have physical symptoms like anorexia or unable to sleep.
"But let me tell you nothing to worry about there's a hope, you can get better from depression"

Being human being we got affected with state of depression caused by various factors which may includes:-

ME TIME: Consider it as your me-time. Explore your hobbies and invest your time on yourself more.

- You deserve much more and better.
